Visa Information for Uruguay

Do I need a Visa?

Countries with which Uruguay maintains different reciprocity agreements in the temporary, diplomatic, official and service admission regimes are listed on this page.

Citizens of countries that are not included in this list are subject to the requirement of prior Consular visas in the different categories.

The times might vary depending of your country of residence. Please allow enough time to process your visa before the Conference.

Letter of invitation for visa purposes

An official Letter of Invitation to assist you in obtaining a Visa and authorization to attend the 11th International Transplant Infectious Disease Conference will be issued ONLY after you have registered and full payment has been received.

After you have paid your registration through our conference manager website, you will be able to see the ‘Invitation Letter for Visa’ on the dashboard. Click on it and fill out the required information. The letter can be printed and saved in pdf format. The Letter of Invitation for Visa is available to registered participants only.
