Call for Letter of Intent to Host the 2025 Congress
Extended Deadline: Monday February 20, 2023
Dear Colleagues,
The International Society of Vascularized Composite Allotransplantation (ISVCA) aims to serve its scientific community in providing a forum for the open exchange of knowledge and expertise in order to promote vascularized composite allotransplantation as a safe, ethical and effective therapeutic modality.
ISVCA Congress History
Every two years, the ISVCA Congress brings together clinicians and scientists from all parts of the world in the fields of vascularized composite allotransplantation.
The most recent Congress was hosted on Jun 4-6 in Cancun, Mexico, and the 2023 Congress is in the planning process, but a date and location have not yet been confirmed.
YOUR LETTER OF INTENT SHOULD INCLUDE A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Designation and Description of the proposed Local Organizing Committee (LOC)
- Description of the proposed host city
- Proposed dates
- Proposed venue possibilities
- Travel information
- Proposed hotel accommodations
BIDDING PROCEDURE AND DEADLINES

| You will be notified should your LOC be shortlisted to provide a full bid for 2025. | March 6, 2023 |
| Deadline to submit your complete proposal. Those who cities who have been shortlisted will be asked to submit a Full Bid Proposal. Bids should be sent to the attention of the ISVCA Section Manager, Suzanne Landis, at Suzanne.Landis@tts.org The ISVCA Council may request additional information and/or documentation in support of host city’s proposal. Please ensure that the budget template provided is completed and included in your bid. |
April 15, 2023 |
| Presentations in person or by Zoom to the ISVCA Council of the complete proposal. | April-May, 2023 TBD |
| Final selection of the bid to host 2025 Congress of the ISVCA. The ISVCA Council will review and determine the winning city. | June 1, 2023 |
